New Era Educational and Charitable Support Initiative (NEEDCSI) is a registered non-profit committed to the revival of human values that transcend religious, ethnic and cultural differences. These values include a sense of belonging to a common humanity, respect and consideration for all people, compassion and non-violence, a commitment to preserving the natural environment, and a social service ethic. New Era Educational and Charitable Support Initiative is envisioned as a world-class Organization, firmly grounded in Nigeria yet highly visible on the global stage. We are committed to offering inclusive and holistic paradigms of education that prioritize experiential learning, cross- cultural dialogue, and a global ethic of peace and social justice.
Our Mission is to support and supply local communities with array of educational programs that encourage individual creative self-expression, exploration and experimentation, and to increase awareness, understanding and appreciation of the creative process by facilitating communication and interaction among educators, learners and the general public. NEEDCSI is committed to helping young people discover and develop their inherent gifts, talents and abilities, and to help raise ethically responsible, self-disciplined and creative social citizens capable of participation in a positive and sustainable society. NEEDCSI has 5 major programs through which it hopes to achieve its vision for a new community and a better world. These programs include:

Our work focuses directly at the heart and to great value of human life. We are building local educational and skills development projects, especially for the benefit of young people, women and children.The focus of our organization is on initiatives that improve educational opportunities and provide life skills, including self-confidence, goal-setting, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and teamwork by equipping young people with essential skills that will empower them to become competent, confident, responsible, and caring adults.
